Joiner has played to enthusiastic crowds at great venues around the South including: Georgia Theatre, 40 Watt, The Melting Point, The Capri on Main, The World Famous, AthFest, Hendershot's, Smiths Olde Bar and plenty of Hot Wing joints.
He has also shared the stage with local acts, Eastville Belle, Holman Autry Band, Erik Neil, Victor Charlie, Clarence Cameron(Big C), Grand, HEAP, John Keane, Radiolucent, Albatross, Rollin' Home, Clay Leverett, The Rattlers, and national artists including Johnny Winter, Mother's Finest, Drivin' n' Cryin', Matt Schofield, Caroline Aiken, Samantha Fish, Shaun Hopper, JD Simo and the legendary Geoff Achison.
The Matt Joiner Band has visited John Keane Studios and started another album. The release is currently unknown. Stand by……..
Matt is still actively playing guitar. You can find him playing weekly at Cornerstone Church in Athens, Ga.
